KIMBERLY SHAPIRO
Kimberly Shapiro has over 15 years in the Executive Search and Recruiting industry specializing in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, and Operational roles for senior leaders to executives. Kimberly has a passion for helping clients identify top notch, hard to find talent for their teams and working closely with candidates to find roles that stretch and excite them.
In her words..."I love what I do, I have since I joined this industry in 2008. It suits me and it fills my cup. I need to be in a position where I am serving people. That could be through leadership, helping my clients find outstanding and hard to find talent in the market, or helping a candidate write a resume that helps showcase their talent, polish their interview skills, and mostly, find the job of their dreams. This is not just my career, it's my passion, my hobby."
Kimberly is an Executive Coach, Founder of The Executive Movement, a networking group for executives in-transition, and a seasoned industry executive in her sector.
Kimberly has two grown daughters, one she has the honor of working with every day, Taylor Figueroa who has blessed her with two perfect grandchildren, Micah and Luca. Her youngest daughter, Kylee Simmons is a teacher and Asst. Director in a private school in Plano. Kimberly has been married for 24 years to her husband Brad. Fun thing about Kim: she has a heart for rescuing aging dogs. She currently has 3.

Taylor Figueroa joined the staffing and recruiting industry in 2016 working with one of the largest and oldest global recruiting firms in existence. She found her niche in 2019 after joining a boutique firm specializing in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, and Operational roles.
Taylor has an innate ability to build relationships with candidates and connect them with roles that stretch them and allow them to grow in their careers. Taylor has an acute sense of humor and contagious personality. Her high level of integrity and empathy allow her an edge in an industry where this is not always valued. SHAPIRO Search doesn't just value integrity and empathy, it's our absolute foundation.
Taylor spends her time with her boys, Micah and Luca and her husband Christian. Fun thing about Taylor: she missed her calling as a stand-up comedian.
